Who Can Use Concierge Medical Services?

Our Non-Urgent Concierge Medical Services are not a public walk-in clinic.
They’re available only to:

• Active CORE, EXECUTIVE, or PREMIER members at Hive Fit Club
  
• Who have added Concierge Medical to their membership for $99/month
  
  

Once you have the Concierge Medical add-on, you’ll have ongoing access to book non-urgent medical visits as needed; each visit is billed separately based on the type and length of the visit.

What to Expect

1. Activate Concierge Medical on Your Hive Membership
   If you’re a CORE, EXECUTIVE, or PREMIER Hive Fit Club member, you can add Concierge Medical for $99/month. Our team can add this to your membership in just a few minutes.
   
2. Book a Non-Urgent Visit When You Need It
   Once activated, you can book same-week appointments for non-emergency concerns—like minor illnesses, medication questions, or wellness check-ins. Each visit is billed separately based on your episodic need.

How Concierge Medical Pricing Works

Concierge Medical Access Add-On:

• Gives you access to schedule non-urgent concierge medical visits
  

Episodic Visit Fees:

• Each visit is billed separately at the time of service
  
• Pricing varies by visit type (e.g., illness visit, follow-up, medication review, wellness consult)
  
• HSA/FSA may be used where applicable
  

Think of the $99/month as your “membership pass” to concierge medical care. You only pay visit fees when you actually need to be seen.
